• This milky toner improves hydration & moisture barrier with illuminating effect. It also improves the oil and water balance of your skin.
• It contains Goami rice extract and 4 kinds of vegetable-originated extract complex to soothe flaky dead skin cells by forming a moisture protective layer. Sirtuin from rice protects skin damage from sun rays and helps to relieve skin stress.
